Rivertide’s Kettlebell Club is led by Personal Trainer and Chief Aikido Instructor, Patrick. The aim of the club is to build a small but dedicated group seeking to achieve strength, speed, power, endurance and flexibility as efficiently as possible. We will pursue this objective by practicing high-quality movements and using appropriate exercise progressions. All this in a fun, safe, welcoming environment!

Kettlebell workouts are considered to be one of the best all around strength and stamina programs any athlete or fitness enthusiast can undertake. The movements require precise technique and dynamic core engagement. You may be shocked at your increases in functional strength and mobility just from kettlebell workouts!

Kettlebell
6 week Series

Starting January 8th we will offer a 6 week limited enrollment kettlebell series. This is a great opportunity to learn foundational movement patterns, develop skills and ensure a safe and structurally sound base to begin your kettlebell journey.

We will progress to more advanced movement patterns, and start to explore some compound sequences and take a peek at the kettlebell flow experience. All fun stuff!

• All classes are barefoot to develop a strong, stable, intelligently grounded body!
