Yoga Nidra Fundraiser for Columbia County Sanctuary Movement

Community care is self care. Join us on December 15 at 4pm to immerse yourself in a guided journey into deep conscious rest. The sliding scale is because i deeply believe that the nourishment of rest is so important for all of us in order to show up fully for ourselves and for our communities. If you are financially comfortable enough to afford the upper end of the sliding scale, please know how valuable this support is to our community as we move forward.
