Kettlebell Intro Session $30
The Kettlebell Club meets Wed & Fri 6-7pm. New members onboard by first buying a monthly membership, then booking an intro session as prerequisite to joining the Club. This will ensure you start out with an understanding of basic body structure and personal safety protocols used in our approach. You will also get a chance to try some foundational exercises, further readying you for the kettlebell experience.

• All classes are barefoot to develop a strong, stable, intelligently grounded body!

Community care is self care. Join us on February 9th at 4pm to immerse yourself in a guided journey into deep conscious rest. The sliding scale is because i deeply believe that the nourishment of rest is so important for all of us in order to show up fully for ourselves and for our communities. Every THIRD THURSDAY of each month all are welcome to step on the mat and get acquainted with the art of Aikido and interact with Rivertide's owners/teachers. Gravel Ride and Yoga: Sunday October 19th, 1pm at Rivertide Center in Catskill, NY. $55. Catskill Bicycle Supply Co. is hosting a fun-filled afternoon alongside Rivertide Center. Includes your choice of a 40 or 20 mile super-special mixed-surface (gravel) ride, followed by a yoga class led by Ari at Rivertide Center, food and a bonfire. BYOB. If interested, Please register by 12am October 18th. We will send out the route and more info to all registered riders. Wanna join us for just food ($10), let us know. Join us at Rivertide Center with local Midwife GYN practitioner Nancey Rosensweig for another free Perimenopausal care Q&A Sunday January 26 at 5pm. Bring your wonderings, wisecracks and ways that you resource yourself in this fascinating and sometimes challenging portion of life.
All feels and emotional states are welcome. This is a space to be held in community alongside your strong voice, your quiet stillness and everything in between. Tea available.
