Patrick A. Gaucher, CPT - Personal Training & Small Group Classes
Patrick is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, a 3rd Degree blackbelt in Aikido, and a longtime practitioner of Yoga and Iaido (Japanese Sword Art). From his high school basketball days and throughout his life, he has pursued a variety of physical activities and is now a prolific mountain biker.
Patrick is offering one-on-one private sessions in Rivertide’s private studio, as well as leading the small group Primal Movement full body workout class and Rivertide’s Kettlebell Club.
Profoundly informed in body mechanics and breath work by more than 20 years of traditional martial arts study, Patrick believes in empowering people by teaching accessible mind/body movements, thereby opening the door to greater physical awareness and confidence.
As your Personal Trainer, Patrick will guide you through mindful movements designed to improve your strength, endurance, agility, mobility, balance and coordination, enhancing your activities of daily living or adding another dimension to your pursuit of excellence! At 61 years old, Patrick has insight into both sides of the age continuum and is adept at working with individuals just getting off the couch or athletes wanting to transcend plateaus.
Communication and rapport is where a personal trainer/client relationship should begin. From there, Patrick will collaborate with you in reaching your goals whatever your current level of fitness happens to be.
