Rivertide’s Kettlebell Club is led by Personal Trainer and Chief Aikido Instructor, Patrick. The aim of the club is to build a safe, skilled and dedicated group seeking to achieve strength, speed, power, endurance and mobility. You will find no single better tool for this total package than KETTLEBELLS! We practice high-quality movements and use appropriate exercise progressions geared to each individual. All this in a fun, welcoming environment!

New Members!
Our initial 6 week intro session will end on February 14th. The Kettlebell Club will continue meeting Wed & Fri 6-7pm. New members onboard by first buying a monthly membership, then booking an intro session as prerequisite to joining the Club. This will ensure you start out with an understanding of basic body structure and personal safety protocols used in our approach. You will also get a chance to try some foundational exercises, further readying you for the kettlebell experience.
